Dr Le, a Fellow of the Royal Australia College of General Practitioner, a Fellow of the Faculty of Medicine of the Australasia College of Cosmetic Surgery. He is the first Australian Doctor to be awarded the Fellowship of The American Society of Cosmetic Breast Surgery. Recently, he is admitted as a Fellow to the Cosmetic Physician College Australasia.
He is the Director of BHC Cosmetic Surgery Clinic in Sydney Australia, Director of Le Med PTY LTD, the founder of BHC Cosmedical PTY LTD and the Principal of BHC Medical Centre.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Dr Le has been actively engaging in a journey of expanding his knowledge and contributing to diverse fields of general medicine and cosmetic medicine. He also has surpassed surgery on many levels – academic, clinical, professional and personal. Dr Le is a world-renowned Cosmetic Surgeon for his pioneering in modern injectable rhinoplasty – nose job without surgery. He has been invited to lecture and train Cosmetic Specialists including Plastic Surgeons worldwide. Dr Le has a special interest in cosmetic as well as medical dermatology. His 10 years of research has resulted in a formulation that can effectively treat chronic skin conditions such as eczema, dermatitis and achieve long term remission.
Dr Le is also the inventor of Le Med Nasal Splint – a device to be worn after surgical as well as non-surgical rhinoplasty. The Le Med Nasal Splint helps to maximise the aesthetic result, reduce side effects and complications.

In March, completed three days workshop of “Advanced and Basic Technique of Liposuction” organised by Australasian Association of Lipoplasty. Pioneered Morden Injectable Rhinoplasty. Published “Rhinoplasty using injectable polyacrylamide gel – a patient study” in The Autralasian Journal of Cosmetic Surgery. Successfully invented Clark Compound, a formulation that can effectively treat chronic dermatitis, eczema and psoriasis.

In February, invited to give lecture and live demonstration of Injectable Rhinoplasty in Manila at “The 4th World Congress of Cosmetic and Dermatologic Surgery” by Asia Pacific Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.

April 2004, presented the pioneering research and study of “Rhinoplasty using injectable implant” in Canberra, Australia at the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS) Conference 2004.

In July, conducted 16 workshops for Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons; performed 22 live procedures over four days in Korea. The workshops were held in conjunction with “The Korea, China, Japan Cosmetic Surgery Congress” and “The Korean Association of Dermatologists Conference”.

In September, conducted 10 workshops for 150 Cosmetic and Plastic Surgeons over two days in Tokyo, Japan, followed by 3 workshops in Manila, Philippines for over 200 doctors within two days.

In November, presented “Advanced technique of Injectable Rhinoplasty” at the Medical Cosmetic Workshop in Hong Kong for 45 doctors, followed with hands-on training for cosmetic surgeons. This workshop was held in conjunction with the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgeons and Changhai Hospital, Shanghai.

In March, was appointed the Ambassador of Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgeons (ACCS) in Asian Countries. At the same time, was selected to be a Council Member of ACCS. Supervisor for fellowship trainee of The Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (until 2007).

In April, lectured and gave live demonstration for Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgeons Fellowship candidates in Hong Kong. Then was invited by the University Kebangsaan Malaysia to present with live demonstration of “The Golden Triangle technique of Injectable Rhinoplasty” to ENT surgeons. Afterwards, conducted similar workshops in Singapore.

In May, presented “Ultrasound Studies of Injectable Rhinoplasty using Aquamid” and performing live demonstration in Gold Coast Australia at the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery (ACCS) Conference 2005.

In June, invited to speak at "The 3rd Interational Blepharoplasty Symposium & Spring Congress” of Korean Society of Asethetic Korean Doctors in Seoul, Korea.

In October, conducted the “BHC Aquamid & Mesotherapy Workshop” in Hong Kong. Lectured and gave live demonstration to do hands-on training for Hong Kong cosmetic surgeons.

In October 30-31st, invited by The Australasian Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery to present at the “Rhinoplasty 2005” conference at Prince Alfred Hospital Sydney, Australia.

In November, presented and gave live demonstration at the “BHC Product Launch Workshop” in conjunction with the University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Trained ENT surgeons and cosmetic surgeons the principle and technique of long lasting and temporary filler. Afterwards, provided hands-on training for doctors in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

In May, presented “Surgical versus Injectable Rhinoplasty” with life demonstration at the “The 92nd Japan Society of Aesthetic Surgery Conference” in Tokyo, Japan. Provided hands-on training on facial correction and rhinoplasty in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Singapore.

In November, presented at The Chinese University of Hong Kong “The Art of Injectable Rhinoplasty” and “Copper Yellow Laser and its Applications” at the “International Facial Plastic Surgery Workshop 2007” at Prince of Wales Hospital, Hong Kong with life demonstration.

In December, presented and provided live demonstration of Rhinoplasty and Facial Correction using permanent and temporary fillers at Taipei Pojen General Hospital and Chang Gung Memorial Hospital for plastic surgeons and cosmetic doctors, over doctors attended.

In 4 days, completed 10 hands-on training workshops in Taipei, Tai-Chung and Kaohsiung, more than 150 doctors in attendance.

Invented surgical bra, which helps to improve outcome of breast augmentation, reduce complications and correct implant mal-positioning.

Launching BHC Dermatology skin care products – a result of 10 years of research – focusing on restoring and maintaining normal skin functioning. These skin care products help eczema skin, sensitive skin and normal skin to stay healthy and beautiful.

Invented Le Med Nasal Splint, a device used to improve the outcome of rhinoplasty and avoid complications of surgical and non-surgical rhinoplasty. The device can help to improve breathing and treat broken noses due to trauma.
